| Sports industry, a new third industry in our country, is the 21 st century’s sun-rising industry, which has huge development potential and good development prospects. Its development can optimize the industrial layout, guide the development of other industries and satisfy people’s demands for sports, which plays an important part in promoting China’s economic and social development. With the development of economy and society speeding up in Heilongjiang province, people’s ideas for sports are strengthened, and sports industry also develops rapidly. However, due to the continuous adjustment of industrial structure, how to correctly recognize and seize sports industry, how to choose and cultivate distinctive sports industry and how to drive the relevant industries have great significance in promoting regional sports development and the sustainable development of economy and society.Regional distinctive sports industry has a strong correlation, which plays a leading role in the development of the entire sports. The author uses the methods of literature search and practical investigation, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, and theoretical research and practical analysis to write this paper. First, the author refers to a large amount of literature, elaborates the theoretical basis of regional distinctive sports industry, gives the definitive analysis of relevant concepts in sports industry from a more comprehensive perspective, and meanwhile states the necessity of modern regional distinctive sports industry’s selection and cultivation; secondly, based on the sports industry in Heilongjiang province, the author analyzes the overall and regional situation, the dominant and recessive characteristics of each region, evaluates the index system by using the analytic hierarchy process, and obtains different index weights by the experts’ questionnaire so as to select and identify the distinctive sports industry suitable for individual regions; at last, the author puts forward the specific strategies and suggestions for promoting the distinctive regional sports industry in Heilongjiang province.This paper mainly in three regions of Heilongjiang province characteristic sports industry as the research object, combined with the actual situation in the region, to determine the focus on the development of the west, South to the snow as the media of sports competition performance and sports fitness and e n t e r t a i n m e n t i n d u s t r y, t h e c o n t i n u o u s d e v e l o p m e n t o f s p o r t s t r a i n i n g industry; East to focus on the development of sports fitness and entertainment oriented, the regional characteristics of sports industry sports goods manufacturing subsidiary; focus on the development of sports industry in northern regional characteristics combined with sports lottery and sports tourism. And proposed from rely on regional resources endowment, the regional characteristic of sports industry cluster; improve the industry policies and regulations, increase investment and accelerate infrastructure construction; prominent industrial advantages, to build West, south of the ice snow sports industry brand characteristics; the optimization of industrial structure, development of the eastern diversified sports products; actively e x p a n d N o r t h s p o r t s m a r k e t, s p e e d u p t h e a d v a n t a g e s o f s p o r t s industry development, practical measures in five aspects to promote the development of Heilongjiang province regional characteristic of the sports industry development. |
