As an important part of the sports industry, Sports competition show industry can be divided into commercial and public. There is a high relevance between the regional distribution of Show industry and Sports venues and facilities. And the relevance deeply affects the scale and the direction of Sports competition show industry. This research mainly discusses the public part.In Zhejiang Province, the overall layout of the sports venues and facilities is: Located in the provincial capital, Hangzhou's sports venues and facilities are in building a sound both provincial and municipal with a total of 6286, which accounted for 17.52% of the province can host the majority of the international and domestic sports competitions; Ningbo, located in the central city of eastern Zhejiang, district-level sports facilities facilities are more developed, its venues a total of 5161, accounting for provincial venues of the total 14.39% to the contractor performing the majority of the domestic sports competitions, activities; Wenzhou is located in central city south of Zhejiang, land scarcity, venues although there are 4226, accounting for venues across the province 11.78% of the total, but its sports venues facilities is lagging behind, the contractor of international and domestic large-scale sporting events is difficult and can only be undertaken in the province at all levels of sports competitions. Shaoxing, Taizhou, Jinhua, compare with Hangzhou and Ningbo, is slightly behind in terms, but their amount of standard sports facilities is higher than the provincial average, and can be used as co-host cities of Hangzhou, Ningbo and other places; Jiaxing, Huzhou, Quzhou, Lishui and Zhoushan, etc. the total number of venues is lower than the provincial average, their sports facilities and facilities construction are lagging behind, but can be organized according to their local characteristics and performances of some individual sports competitions.The status of Zhejiang sports competition show industry's regional distribution is: the regional players are also mostly concentrated in Hangzhou, Ningbo, Wenzhou, Shaoxing etc; the market system of sporting events industry in Zhejiang Province is not perfect, the distribution of the sporting events, which are mainly in Hangzhou, Ningbo and other cities, are not at balance; although there are several sports clubs in Zhejiang Province, the overall distribution mainly in Hangzhou, Ningbo, the two places. Overall, this is not conducive to performing industry in Zhejiang Province sports competition as a whole. In addition, an apparent phenomenon is that the distribution is uneven, showing as "East emphasis on Western light". Firstly, regional unbalanced. More economically developed areas in the Northeast of the province were significantly higher than the underdeveloped areas in southwest in invested capital and per capita. Secondly, the site layout of the project on the irrational, many Olympic Games sites of the project are zero, such as the cycling project, hand arena, softball hall, baseball field and so on.Based on the spatial structure theory, especially on the "point-axis" gradual diffusion system, the study points out that the development of sports competition show industry in Zhejiang Province should be based on economic level and the level of urbanization the city. As the guide put forward three levels of layout optimization of regional development strategy, the first level (priority development area), Hangzhou, Ningbo, Wenzhou; the second level (focusing on cultivating region); the third level (to develop specialized project). Sporting events organizing and the project and tournament selection should take into account of the size of the city's sports infrastructure, the level of sports development, economic and social environment factors. The marketing of sporting performance industry should base on the ontology-based way.
