In this paper, using literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics research methods, such as special teachers’ quality structure of colleges and universities in shandong province wushu sanda status investigation as well as to the current problems existing in the college wushu sanda specialized teachers’ quality structure is analyzed, through the investigation to find out the existing problems, and to develop a theoretical method to make up a set of feasible reeducation sanda specialized teachers quality structure existing deficiencies at present. To further understand how college wushu sanda teaching situation in shandong province, shandong province wushu sanda teachers’ quality structure is how to provide some reference, to the good development of Chinese wushu sanda in colleges and universities play a certain reference significance. Through the investigation in this study the following conclusions:1. Through the study of university teachers’ quality structure in shandong province, the study found that wushu sanda specialized teachers’ quality of ideological and moral qualities in so the survey is the first factor, is the most important quality, and teachers consider holding the loyalty to the motherland education career, spent all my experience on education, so the love of the motherland is the first factor.2. In the teacher’s basic theory, sports training, sports injury and sports hygiene is engaged in the sports teaching must possess knowledge, so in an important position in the knowledge structure, teaching method is to spread knowledge of the link, therefore the teaching method is also very important.3. The colleges and universities in shandong province wushu sanda specialized teachers think wushu sanda class teaching content is mainly divided into basic technology, sanda wrestling techniques, as well as the basic quality of sanda need practice, actual combat and the theory of sanda five parts.4. Special teachers in colleges and universities in shandong province sanda should have the theory of quality focused on the basic theory of wushu sanda, sanda competition referee method, theory of wushu sanda tactics, martial arts and traditional culture and martial martial arts sports injury prevention from several aspects.The following Suggestions:1. The ideological and moral quality education in an important position in the teachers’ ideological education, all colleges and universities should strengthen the teachers love the motherland, honesty education.2. Each college wushu sanda professional teachers should constantly learning, positive enterprising, comprehensively improve the level of their business, always do the business strong, high level, good moral character. The health of special teachers colleges and universities.3. The competent leadership attaches great importance to and strengthen the physical education teachers training, through various channels to sanda specialized teachers provide all re-education opportunities, improve their business and technical level unceasingly, makes the development of wushu sanda professional university teachers in the benign development state. Teachers themselves at the same time because of the continuous learning, active learning, continuous self-improvement.4. Suggest that shandong province ordinary university youth sanda teachers should enhance the capacity of self-study, sanda of qualified teachers of young teachers for help, that teachers in colleges and universities in shandong province sanda special in benign development condition, structure more reasonable.
