Based on practice and activities, back-to-life teaching is a scenario-based, problem-oriented teaching situation. From the ideas "learning from life", "following the nature", "education for life", "education is life" to "life is education", next-to-life educational theories are developing gradually. Throughout Chinese and foreign, education is connected with life closely. That is to say, is neither purely out of life education in the world, of course, not pure life without education. So, back-to-life biology teaching is a trend of the international biology course reform.In this paper, the study and research of life theory system, first of all, The author make a comprehensive understanding to the student and put forward a main reason that biology teaching is away from their own life-practice seriously to, lack of life experience for students for the life-oriented teaching through class observation, interview, questionnaire survey and so on in order to study the state of biological learning of high school students. Secondly, this paper expounds the life-oriented teaching research status at home and abroad, defines the concept of biological life teaching, analysis the theoretical basis of the life-oriented teaching from the perspective of philosophy, pedagogy and psychology, puts forward the concept of high school biology teaching life and points out the "two directions" and "three principles" that the high school biology teaching life should adhere to. On the basis of the direction and principles, the writer puts forward the "five strategy" of biological back-life teaching combining with personal experience and the specific teaching cases. These five strategies specific have: (1) teaching resources into daily life; (2) life teaching situation; (3) the teaching way into daily life; (4) the teaching content into daily life; (5) Homework assignments into daily life. Finally, in biological teaching to life as the theme, author put the above strategies into field research which are respectively carried out in four classes that author is teaching in The Senior Middle School of ShenZhen BuJi. The results, which are based on attainment test and questionnaire survey, show that those strategies have remarkable achievement in terms of students’ learning interest, learning ability and classroom atmosphere based on life teaching strategies of high school biology education.The maneuverability and reality of the subject provide reference for high school biology teaching reform. At the same time, back-to-life teaching make teaching from life and make the students understand and experience life better by developing teaching resources and designing the appropriate teaching methods, so back-to-life teaching both can promote the ability of teachers’ education teaching and can improve students’ comprehensive quality.
