Gender theory is an important theory to abandon the traditional stereotype of gender bias in order to do justice to men to women. I will study the theory systematically, and I will based on the theory observe a class of the tenth junior school in Shanxi Changsha by a month, using observation, interviews, case analysis to record various phenomena in the classroom and try to analyze these phenomena with the use of gender theory. I found, in the classroom, there are the following injustices. First, the concept of unfairness on teacher education. Teachers have gender discrimination in expectations and evaluation for student learning. Secondly, the injustice interaction between teachers and students in class. As to the frequency of the asked questions in the classroom, the boys get more chances to answer more questions. As to the manner of questions in the classroom, the boys enjoy greater initiative. As to the types of questions in the classroom, the boys play their own advantages mostly in the science curriculum topics questions or questions which require complex thinking, the girls are often asked by some liberal arts courses questions or some simple, closed questions. As to the feedback of question in the classroom, the boys and teachers have more natural interactions, girls are more cautious. Teachers can criticize the boys, but the talking with girls are more prudish. Once again, students and student also have unfair interactions. Finally, Classroom management gender injustice. School teachers in different proportions of gender rights structure will affect the elective of monitor. With the handling of discipline male and female students, teachers also have different levels of unfair treatment.To solve these problems, I use gender theory to analyzed them. And analyze the causes from the students themselves, teachers, schools, families, society and other reasons, finally put forward the following countermeasures. First, to understand what kind of gender education is fair, the fair means to recognize physiological differences, not in male-centered, give respect for boys and girls. Secondly, summed up the ideal goal of gender equity education, principles, key, implementation and leader. Again, establish the model of gender equity education in the classroom, society, and put forward the corresponding requirements and countermeasures to the families, schools, teachers and students themselves. Expect the society, families, schools, teachers and students themselves can begin to act together to create a harmonious society.
