| As the globalization of economy,technology,and culture,diversification has turned into an irresistible trend.Meanwhile,people's self cognition changes along with the times.The sex deviant who have off the track of the existing gender of the society in terms of physical or gender expression and are not understood and recognized,the marginal people who are supposed to be important in the constitution of the society but are excluded from the subject category,losing their human rights and the sovereignty of their own life,and in the face of the heterosexual dual gender speech which excludes,negates,smears or even obliterates their existence,and some people who included in the normal society even directly or indirectly places him in a persecution situation,then they will began to counterattack the mandatory and unreasonable gender norms and seek a reasonable political identity for themselves.Judith Butler's theory of gender performance is rooted in the traditional thoughts,facing the the daily life of the vulnerable,reflecting and criticizing the traditional gender norms,discovering the discourse construction of gender subject,and breaking the existing dual sex gender subject boundary,so as to expand a more universal and inclusive gender subject category and work for the right of being an person for above groups.Based on the perspective of the existing physical body and multiple sexual expressions that do not in accordance with the gender norms,this paper concludes that traditionally understandable gender serves as the results of the social-cultural practices rather than its causes through the expressions of the consistency of the physical gender,social gender,sexuality.The analysis of new freedom and gender equality of the gender practice theory plays a significant role for the sexual minorities,namely,the sex deviants who do not consist to common gender norms,which is also critical to the advantages as well as the disadvantages of the new gender view in China. |
