New Chinese curriculum reform has promoted teachers from "loyal curriculum performer" to "teaching decider".When Teachers are teaching deciders, process of teaching becomes process of decision-making. According to time, teaching decision-making can be divided into teaching plan decision-making, teaching interactive decision-making and teacher evaluation decision-making, which are three parts of teachers’ teaching decision-making. Teachers’ teaching plan decision may be written on a detailed plan, or may just be process of judgment and choice in thinking. Focused research on teachers’ teaching plan decision-making is of special significance to the whole teaching. Effective teaching plan decision-making can promotes classroom teaching, and is the prerequisite of effective teaching. The complexity of Chinese subject’s nature provides more space for primary school Chinese teachers in making teaching plan decisions. To explore school Chinese teachers’ teaching plan decision-making contributes to its continuous optimization in essence.This paper inquires deeply into teachers’ teaching plan decision-making in example of primary school Chinese discipline. This research mainly adopts literature analysis, questionnaire investigation and interview method. On the basis of predecessors’ research, we make primary school Chinese teachers’ teaching plan decision-making questionnaire, and investigate and interview teachers from 8 primary schools in Guizhou province, in order to understand the present situation of the primary school Chinese teachers’ teaching plan decision-making, and factors influencing teachers’ teaching plan decision-making. Through analysis of problems existing in teaching plan decision-making, we puts forward some ways to optimize and improve the level of primary school Chinese teachers’ teaching plan decision-making.This research mainly contains five parts:The first part is the introduction. This part analyses the reason of this study, then summarizes the research purpose, research meaning, research methods and the literature review, and finally puts forward some idea about the existing research.The second part is the research basis of Chinese teacher’s teaching plan decision-making in primary school, it mainly gives the definition of primary school Chinese teacher’s teaching plan decision-making and some related confusing concept; the related theoretical basis of the research, the analysis of the Characteristics about Chinese teacher’s teaching plan decision-making in primary school.The third part is about the investigation and analyzing of Chinese teacher’s teaching plan decision-making in primary school. The investigation consists of the attitude of teaching plan decision-making, teaching plan decision-making process, form and reflecting. The conclusion is that primary school Chinese teacher’s teaching plan decision -making still exist some problems.The fourth part mainly analyzing the influencing factors of primary school Chinese teacher’s teaching plan decision-making based on teachers’ open-ended interviews and questionnaire survey.And then discuss the common factors from teachers’ own personality and external aspects.The fifth part discusses the primary school Chinese teachers’ teaching plan decision-making optimization path, we put forward the specific Ameliorated path based on the idea that teacher should be the curriculum resource developers and teacher should be given a teaching plan decision-making space:improve teachers’ teaching decision-making consciousness, Strengthen the Knowledge and ability foundation for teaching plan decision-making.make sure their have a effective teaching plan decision-making process.The last part is the summary, it analysis the deficiencies of this study and gives an outlook for further research.
