The microcosm of students learning style is his future survival, practice and thinking mode, it’s become one of the core spirits of the basic education curriculum reform to change the way students learn. In the era of fast rhythm, our study can be described as fast learning, master a little knowledge in a short time. The characteristics of the curriculum resources like large volume, long time, and complex contents have been unable to adapt to the changing needs of learners, learning resources construction need a reform. The new form of resources "microlecture" which has a clear target, real situation, and flexible form, is easily spread, can enrich enough scenes etc. was born under this background, Just to meet the learning needs of micro-learning, learning depends on demons, focusing learning, and personalized learning. However, after several years of rapid development, how do the primary and secondary school teachers master the skill of making and application microlecture? What’s the current situation? Is there any problem? Which way do the teachers get related training? What are the main forms of the training? Is there any problem? What kind of ideal training we can provide to the teachers at this stage? These still not resolved problems are widely concerned at all levels of the administrative departments of education, scientific research institutions, schools and teachers.In this research, questionnaire investigation was used on teachers’making and applying microlecture resources, while content analysis and case study on the comparison between domestic microlecture skill training channels in order to clarify the status and problems of teachers’ microlecture skill training, and have a deep research and analyses, summarize on the experiences and lessens. Strategies on the teachers’ training of the microlecture skill were put forward, and courses were designed based on those strategies. Then explore an effective way to train the teachers’microlecture skill, which will give decision support and advice to the administrative education department and education enterprises about training the teachers’skill of making and applying microlecture.This paper is discussed from the following aspects in detail:The first chapter is the introduction part gives the research background, the rise and features of microlecture, find out and identify research issues, explains the value and significance of the research, and selected research object, research content and research methods through the research issues.The second chapter, review on the domestic and international development of microlecture were clearly summarized, creatively analyzed the key concepts of this research, briefly combed the domestic research status of the microlecture, then show the necessary instructions on the theoretical basis for microlecture and teachers’training.The third chapter, through the way of questionnaire survey, to understand the basic situation of microlecture’s production and application in primary and secondary school, including the basic theory of microlecture, the way and time to make microlecture, the length of microlecture, the difficulties during making microlecture and applying microlecture in teaching, and clear the training needs on teachers’skill of fabrication and application with microlecture.The fourth chapter, based on the training needs, through the comparative study of three kinds, six samples of microlecture skill training channels, clarifies the status situation and problems of training the teachers’skill of making and applying microlecture, clear the fundamental imbalance between supply and demand in the teachers’training of microlecture skill.The fifth chapter, combined with the author’s practical experience in the construction and application of microlecture resources, the paper put forward the effective strategies and suggestions on primary and secondary school teachers’training with microlecture skills from five aspects which are theoretical system, technical threshold, research subject, practice, evaluation and demand. Under the proposed strategy, design and brought out a set of microlecture skills training among primary and secondary school teachers depend on the evaluation system of teachers’training.The sixth chapter affirmed the achievements, make a brief summarize on the innovation of this research, objectively illustrate the existence problems and the causes of this study, guiding the subsequent research.
