With the development of science and technology, we have entered the information age. Information technology not only influence our live way、work way and study way, but also impact on our country’s education teaching methods. In march of 2012, China’s ministry of education formally promulgated the "development plan of education informatization decade(2011-2020), the file points out that to cultivate the learning ability of students under the environment of informatization. In order to adapt to the requirements of informationization and internationalization, continue to popularize and improve the information technology education. Therefore,,information technology becomes the required course of students. However, the teaching mode of traditional information technology(IT) class of primary and secondary school in China is too single and in lack of innovation, the class atmosphere is not active, which can hardly mobilize the enthusiasm of student’s learning. Therefore, in order to change the current status of the IT class teaching, this paper introduces the flipped class model based on microlecture, attempting to provide reference and guidance for the traditional information technology class.In this paper, the current status of IT class is introduced by methods of questionnaire and interview; the development status of microlecture and flipped class model is analyzed by literature research; and the internal relation between microlecture and flipped class model is demonstrated by statistical analysis and empirical research. Therefore, the study of flipped class model design based on microlecture is put forward(Take information technology class of junior high school as the example). In the premise of IT textbooks, this paper adopts the diversified means of presentation of microlecture to support the learning before class and learning during class of flipped class model. Before class, students use the learning platform to learn the content of microlecture autonomously; during class, students and teachers carry out activities such as task-based learning, answering questions, discussion and conclusion through microlecture. The flipped class model of learning before class and answering questions during class has overturned the traditional mode of IT class in which the teacher gives a lecture and the students listen to the teacher passively. This paper combines IT class, microlecture and flipped class model, and applies the flipped class model design to IT class, with the purpose of improving the teaching efficiency of IT class and providing a new way for IT classroom mode of middle school in the information environment.
