| The syntactic characteristics of the nature Sign Language of the Deaf has been a topic of concern, is also a hotspot in research of Sign Language. When the local Sign Language such as Shanghai Sign Language and Hong Kong Sign Language are researched by scholars constantly, Xi’an Sign Language has not been realized by the public. The research chooses the Xi’an local deaf as the investigation object, and collected 30 video of Xi’an natural Sign Language, then extracted 300 sentences of nature Sign Language. On the basis of above, the study use the method of Chinese sentence component analysis to discuss the syntactic characteristics of nature Sign Language of the Deaf. The research mainly divided into the following five parts:The first part includes two contents. On the one hand, the study introduced and analyzed these concepts such as Sign Language, finger spelling, manual alphabet, Chinese Sign Language, local Sign Language, nature Sign Language, signed Chinese, Sign Language of the Deaf, then defining the meaning of Xi’an natural Sign Language of the Deaf. On the other hand, the study introduced the syntax research of Sign Language at home and abroad, mainly discussed the phenomenon of reverse, the phenomenon of omission, the syntax function of facial expression and posture and so on.The second part mainly introduces the source of the selected topic, research purpose, research significance and research method, in order to comb the research intention systematically. The title comes from the shortage of the existing research, the needs of the standardization of the Sign Language, serve for the Deaf. The research purpose is to find out the regular in sentence composition, arrangement of the words, use of the words of natural Sign Language of the Deaf. The research significance has two aspects, in theory, it can enrich the syntactic study of nature Sign Language and rich the vocabulary of nature Sign Language. In practical aspects, it can provide reference value for the teachers of deaf school and interpreters of Sign Language. The research uses the methods of investigation, sentence component analysis.The third part introduces the acquisition work of the natural Sign Language video, such as the basic situation of investigation object, the way to collect the natural scene video of the nature Sign Language, the selection of materials, the way to collect trigger video of the nature Sign Language, and the information of 30 video.The fourth part is the central part of the study, the main content can divided into five aspects. The first aspect, the study translated the 30 video of the nature Sign Language and got 30 transfer materials and 30 Chinese translations. The second aspect, the study extracted 300 sentences of nature Sign Language from 30 transfer materials and used the sentence component analysis to analyse these sentences. The third aspect, the study discussed the sentence composition, the special sentence patterns and the common sentence structure of the nature Sign Language. The fourth aspect, the study analyzed the arrangement of the words of the nature Sign Language, mainly including the rear of composition, the omission of composition, the repeat of composition. The fifth aspect, the study discussed the usage of content words and function words of the nature Sign Language.The fifth part is the general discussion which includes five aspects. The first aspect, the study carried on the review and summarized the results of the study again, then compared the results with previous research briefly. The second aspect, the study analyzed the application value of Xi’an Sign Language. The third aspect, the study put forward four suggestions for normal person who used the Sign Language by combined with research conclusion. The fourth aspect, the study summarized the innovations of this research. The fifth aspect, the study pointed out the shortcomings of this research in order to get further research. |
