Objectives:“Life is movement”, it is widely accepted and approved. Especially the elderly, to have a deeper understanding of health and more desires, also have plenty of time to take exercise at the same time, to slow the aging, prevent disease. But the sports scientific research ability for physical exercise can prevent movement this problem is still a lack of system and data support. Of this study was carried out on the SD rats of different ages 8weeks treadmill exercise, the biochemical method, spectrophotometry, enzyme-linked immunoassay, immunohistochemical technique methods, such as, tightly around the theory of apoptosis and energy metabolism, to systematically study different ages in quiet state and the motion state in the male rat each related index change rule, and to explore the correlation between them, discuss the principle of sports to improve sports ability. Methods:By age 60 male SD rats were divided into young and middle-aged group, elderly group. Each age group rats were divided into control group and exercise group only ten only. Conventional breeding rats filtered through the treadmill exercise a week later. Methods of exercise group reference T.G.Bedford, with moderate intensity exercise training.Exercise group 1 hour daily running, the control group of conventional breeding, weighed on time every week. In the appropriate time to get the control and exercise group rats with chloral hydrate anesthesia after materials, tested the following indicators:1.Energy metabolism:muscle glycogen, hepatic glycogen;2.ATPase: skeletal muscle Na+-K+-ATP,Ca2+-ATP,Mg2+-ATP, energy change;3.Apoptosis related proteins: the BCL- 2 in the skeletal muscle tissue, bax, caspase 3,c-fos apoptosis related proteins change;4.Morphological observation: skeletal muscle light microscope and electron microscope. The above test indexes with data with SPSS19.0 software package for processing, all data is expressed mean±standard deviation.Using single factor analysis of variance significant difference analysis. P<0.05 indicates that there are significant difference, P<0.01 indicates that had very significant difference.Results:1.Weight: 8 weeks of medium intensity aerobic exercise to keep promote rat body development, body function effect is remarkable, the elderly group rats weight control hasobvious effect.2.Glycogen: take part in moderate intensity aerobic exercise muscle glycogen, hepatic glycogen in mice with age group were higher than the control group rats. Tip 8 weeks of accumulation of exercise can increase the glycogen in the reserves.3.ATPase: as the growth of the age, Na+-K+-ATP,Ca2+-ATP activity of a downward trend overall.,Mg2+-ATPchanges do not follow this rule. Control the activity of ATP enzyme is higher than that of control group rats with age.4.Apoptosis : all ages are in rat skeletal muscle apoptosis phenomenon, as the growth of the age, probability of cell apoptosis general upward trend. Aerobic exercise and age will muscle cells of rat significantly influence the expression of apoptosis related proteins, but age on apoptosis of intervention than sports.5.Skeletal musclemorphology: Neat arrangement of young rat muscle cell density, filled with the nucleus, mitochondria, and clear. As the growth of the age the overall state of the muscle cells showed a trend of decline. Moderate intensity aerobic exercise on skeletal muscle morphology and structure have a positive role in improving, can delay the degenerative changes of the muscle cell morphology on.Age and the interaction of the dual factors of moderate intensity aerobic exercise once again proved that through strength suitable aerobic exercise can improve different level of all rats of apoptosis related proteins expression in skeletal muscle, improve cell membrane ATPase activity and the glycogen in the reserves.
