Music curriculum standard is the national education department according to the actual development of music education in the programmatic document of our country, is the basic requirement of the teaching and learning of music curriculum. It is the music of the textbook compilation basis, has the important meaning to the design and evaluation of music teaching. The basic requirements of nature, concept, content provided music curriculum standard of music curriculum and teaching evaluation is the foundation of the soul of music education. For a long time our education departments are constantly, efforts to develop high quality music curriculum standard. From the basic education of our country’s reality,from the reform of China’s music curriculum standards, such as the Soviet Union America development of music education in some countries a good educational system and curriculum. Music course standard of full-time compulsory education this paper will focus on the comparison from the perspective of the printed 2001 "(experiment draft)"(hereinafter referred to as "the experimental draft") and 2011 compilation of "music curriculum standards of compulsory education"(hereinafter referred to as the "new curriculum standard"), compared with the system, thus draw the conclusion. The main contents of this paper include: introduction, our country compulsory education music curriculum standards of history development, China in 2011 2001 and two versions of the new curriculum standard, the discussion and reflection, the conclusion of the study and discussion of five parts. In some doubt and reflection at the end of this paper the author will write the research as well as the existing problems and deficiencies.
