Since the founding of new China,the Ministry of Education(State Education Commission)has formulated and promulgated the 7 versions of the secondary school"music teaching program" and the 1 "music curriculum standards" for the guidance of the national secondary school music teaching.In this paper,8 "Music Teaching Syllabus" and "music curriculum standard" as the research object,through the specific of the 8 version of high school music teaching syllabus(curriculum standards)the text of the review,a comprehensive analysis of the relevant documents,monographs,journals,a comparative study of the longitudinal cross from the "two a curriculum objectives,teaching content and practice",summarizes the development history and characteristics of this period our country music teaching program,designed to provide valuable reference for today's music education,to provide reference of adjustment for future music teaching syllabus.The full text is divided into three parts:The first part is the introduction,a brief overview of the main content of this paper,respectively,from four aspects,including the purpose of writing the article,significance,literature review and the use of the method.The purpose of this paper is to summarize the development process and characteristics of the music teaching program in our country during the period of 1949-2001.The value and significance have certain theoretical and practical:first,"the music Syllabus" has a very important historical value and significance for us to understand the development of music education in China,through the teaching syllabus(curriculum standards)can reflect the situation at the time of music education base.Secondly,the study of music teaching syllabus and curriculum standards for us to grasp the future direction of music education also has important significance.Through the study of it,we can also point out the direction of the development of music teaching in the future.The second part is the main body of the paper,including the first chapter and the second chapter.The first chapter mainly from the teaching objectives(objective)the angle of comparative study,summed up the cocoon,confusion,and development across the four part.The cocoon period is of pioneering significance,because it was introduced the first music teaching program,and put forward the aesthetic education policy in the outline;after ten years of confusion,aesthetic education policy was re established,and constantly improve the position of aesthetic education in music education,which has been further development.The second chapter is a comparative study of the teaching content and practice from the point of view of the teaching syllabus,which is in accordance with the four stages of starting,confusion,development and take-off.Overall,the two chapters from the "curriculum objectives,teaching content and practice" two aspects of comprehensive comparative study.Focus on the secondary school music teaching syllabus(curriculum standards)of the original text of the analysis,comprehensive comparison between the eight characteristics and the characteristics of the opposite sex,sort out their changes and the development of the law.The third part is the conclusion of the article.This part mainly aims at the characteristics and development trend of the middle school music teaching syllabus(Curriculum Standard).
