The development of today’s society must have "ethnic Chinese" bilingual skills of minority compatriots requirements increasing, and the 3- 6 year old is the critical period of language acquisition, so start from kindergarten to implement the "ethnic Chinese" bilingual education for minority education development has laid a solid foundation. Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture of Sichuan Province, according to the distribution of the population, the "Yi Han" Bilingual Teaching is divided into two kinds of modes. In this paper, the population accounted for over 90% of the total population of the county, including: Butuo, Meigu, Zhaojue, Xide, the 6 public kindergartens of the 5 counties take children No.1 class model of "Yi Han" Bilingual Education.Bilingual teaching ability of teachers is the key success factors of preschool bilingual education. Now, there’s "Yi Han" Bilingual teachers teaching ability has gradually become the main factors restricting the development of Liangshan’s "Yi Han Bilingual Education". Therefore, this research mainly adopts literature, questionnaire survey, interviews and other research methods, the research of teaching ability of Liangshan’s No.1 class model of "Yi Han" Bilingual Education, hoping to provide certain reference and reference for the improvement of bilingual teachers’ teaching ability.This paper consists of four chapters:The first chapter is the introduction, mainly introduces the background, the purpose and significance of the research, the definition of related concepts, domestic and foreign research review, research approach, method.The second chapter is the present situation of Liangshan "Yi Han" Bilingual Children a model of teachers’ teaching ability, it can be divided into five dimensions: the basic situation of bilingual teachers, pragmatic competence, bilingual activity design ability, the ability to implement bilingual activity present situation and dual language teacher evaluation and reflection ability present situation.The third chapter is the main content of this paper, the state of Liangshan’s "Yi Han" Bilingual a model of teachers’ teaching ability status of in-depth analysis, put forward Liangshan preschool bilingual teachers teaching ability characteristics, find the existing problems and the influence of development of teaching ability from the original.The fourth chapter is on the Liangshan’s "Yi Han Bilingual Teaching Ability of teachers" thinking of the existing problems, from the point of view of the government, kindergarten teachers, training channels, four aspects, put forward the corresponding countermeasures, in order to promote Liangshan’s "Yi Han Bilingual Teachers’ teaching ability".
