Today, Bilingual teaching in xinjiang is flourishing developing,Bilingual teaching of the poor and minority inhabited areas is particularly worthy of attention. This paper is a discussion on the status quo of bilingual teaching in Aksu region Keping County——a region inhabited by the poor Uygur,and has done a more detailed analysis.This thesis started from the external factors which affecting the success or failure of bilingual teaching (mainly Referring to the poor economic situation of Keping County), focused on students ( their attitude of Chinese,national language and bilingual teaching; Learning motivation; learning strategies); teachers (nation; hsk; qualifications; the teaching abilities of bilingual teaching; The guidance for students in aspect of learning strategies); the family (parents'qualifications; economic situation; the level of support for their children in learning Chinese language, national language and bilingual teaching ); language environment, and other several variable factors such as teaching materials. Compared the difference of bilingual teaching of NO.2 middle school and other three urban and rural schools, and analysed the causes for this difference. After that, I summed up the success of NO.2 middle school and difficulties and problems of the other three urban and rural schools in bilingual teaching.Finally, I used related theory and analysed the survey results of bilingual teaching of Keping County, put forward the corresponding countermeasures for the difficulties and problems.
