Composition teaching plays an important role in Chinese teaching, and the evaluation of composition is an important part in composition teaching. The new curriculum emphasized to put the incentive function of evaluation come into play, and the writing evaluation should attach importance to students’ writing interest. But the current situation of the evaluation of composition is not optimistic, the incentive function has not been fully revealed. There are the following problems: lack of cognitive on students’ psychological needs by teachers, for the performance of composition comment are vague and monotonous, lack of pertinence, composition evaluation did not consider each level of students’ psychological need; The evaluation of composition only appreciate the process, but not process; The importance of horizontal comparison, ignoring the longitudinal comparison. The composition of incentive evaluation is student-centered, and in different ways, multi angle,multi-level to motivate students, to stimulate their interest in writing, to the benign development of the composition to create the conditions. Based on this, this paper took the writer’s school as the study object, from the points of view that "permeate incentive evaluation in composition preparation phase", "integrate incentive evaluation into the essay on the revision stage", "the appropriateness of using incentive reviews" and "the use of incentive evaluation in the composition evaluation", this paper discusses how to establish the effective, targeted and operable composition incentive evaluation mechanism, to make the student’s composition potential to be developed, but also to provide a certain reference for the teacher’s composition teaching.
