Foreign students educations as an important part of Chinese of higher education, research on students has important social significance and academic value. Groups of students differences in behavior, values, ways of thinking reflected directly influences the students groups in Colleges and universities learning and cross cultural adaptation. Southeast Asian students in groups as a regional branch of students, to study the number of them is also increasing, problems have become increasingly prominent, therefore the Southeast Asian students "cross-cultural adaptation research is very important and necessary.This paper studies the experience as the research point to keep students in school daily life combined with the geography of Yunnan regional advantages, Yunnan province and Southeast Asia countries cooperation in higher education, Yunnan Normal University college students education situation, learning and social communication based data Chinese in the collection of Southeast Asian students, life, through theoretical analysis and an empirical study on the means of investigation, students learning life and generated in the process and Chinese social contact in Colleges and universities are thinking, reducing students real thoughts and learning adaptation degree at Yunnan university life, reveal the factors affecting the characteristics and problems of student groups reflect in specific geographical environment, and depth analysis and discussion is given for the development of education in Yunnan universities student opinion. This article uses literature method, questionnaire investigation method and matter of Yunnan Normal University Southeast Asian overseas students were investigated, using data analysis methods respectively from the study motivation, social cultural adaptation, learning adaptation and the network of social relations in four aspects of cross cultural adaptation of Southeast Asian students were quantified analysis and interview analysis.Through the statistics and analysis of relevant data results: cross cultural adaptation of Southeast Asian students tend to be good; Southeast Asian students adapt to the not smooth is to participate in social and cultural activities and social networks Chinese narrow circle, directly cause should obtain social support is not sufficient; Southeast Asian countries cross-cultural adaptation level of the basic agreement, causes the concrete differences in the country the subtle difference between source.
