Based on market-oriented economy, China’s economic system has brought rapid developmentof economy. The state has increased the degree of attention and investment in education. The pressure of entrance and employment competition and the concept of life-long learning get deeper in the hearts of the people which promotes the development of non-academic educational training in China. In 2002, the implementation of Private Education Promotion Law opened the legalization road of private education. Laws and regulations that apply to this field have been sound and perfect. Non-academic educational training industry has also entered the boom time.The emergence of the Internet is a significant progress of human technology. However, its rapid development is quietly guiding the arrival of the third industrial revolution. By the end of 2015, the number of Chinese Internet users . has reached 688 million. The internet will be seamlessly integrated into the residents living in China. It has become the trend of the whole people.The tendency of internet which permeates the traditional industries one by one has been irreversible. The pioneers of the internet and education have already involved with internet education. They are exploring the opportunity and breakthrough while capital has also stepped into such a gold ore field. Internet education will be the next cusp in internet plus era. The internet and large inflows will certainly bring a lot of entrepreneurs into the field of education and training; however, traditional training institutes will face greater opportunity and challenge, even driven by environment and technology.The internet subverts the education because educational resources were re-collocated and integrated. It breaks the exclusive of high quality education resources and improved the teaching efficiency and effect. While companies which have been engaged in non-academic education and training for years might face the bigger challenge and absolutely terrific opportunity. From core training business, internet has transformed every aspects and elements in non-academic educational training industries.Under this circumstance, what kind of opportunities and challenges will the traditional non-academic educational training organizations confront? Many organizations strike a balance between "change or not" while finding answers in "how to change".After researching a great deal of reference literatures, this study selected Beijing A Education Group as a case. It summarizes previous studies on the base of explaining research background. Through the analysis of the financing situation, organizational structure and product, service and marketing mode, the study draws a conclusion that the group exists some realistic problems. It is in urgent need to adjust business and organization structure in order to conform the request of enterprise development in the Internet era. Besides, the author has used PEST Analysis combined with Michael Porter’s Five Forces Model to analyze the social and competitive environment condition of Education Group A. And analyzes the political and legal environment, economic environment, social and cultural environment, technology environment. The author used Five Forces Model to analyze competition environment under the dynamic environment. And also states the advantages and disadvantages of Education Group A. Thereout, the study puts forward a reference direction for Education Group A’s development strategy--the products realize a combination of online and offline upgrade, product lineinnovation. Expanding online sales channels, improving the service quality supervision system, undertaking organization structure with business restructuring. Then it obtains a development revelation for the traditional non-academic education training organizations. The study aims to provide development revelations for non-academic education training organizations under the Internet background, and offer more high-quality services for educators. |
