| In this paper, we will take the mature teacher as the object of study, and try to develop this kind of teacher’s adaptability expertise as a breakthrough. Adaptive expertise is the concept of teachers in the continuous development of the reform of the professional practice of teaching problems in the depth of the concept of reconstruction, in the face of new situations(tasks) resulting in the adaptability of change and continuous learning and self reflection of good and characteristics. Its four core features: deep conceptual understanding, adaptation of the situation and tendency of active learning and meta cognitionIn order to promote the development of adaptive expertise of teachers, this paper proposes three strategies: design learning tools- "I read my thoughts, I think study", the reform of teachers’ learning methods, self questioning and reflection, expansion of teachers’ reflection dimensions; build a practical community, so that teachers can help teachers to improve the professional development bottleneck, the development of adaptive expertise, and the effectiveness of teacher development in case analysis.This study based on Shanghai City B District X primary school, at the end of this paper, citing x primary school in promoting maturity teachers adaptive expertise on the road of exploration: set up a school backbone teachers’ Union, regularly carry out book exchange; to carry out various forms of school-based teaching and research, in school-based teaching and research in enhance the combination of theory and practice ability; organize various forms of runway, reporting, micro forum, micro lecture, to community of practice as a unit display results on the point of view, based on task driven way guide the team and promote teachers’ adaptive expertise into further development... |
