Professional action ability is an important condition and core advantage for higher vocational students to participate in social competition and achieve self-worth in the new era.In the current social environment dominated by a rapidly changing,knowledge-based economy,the previous single model of cultivating higher vocational students based on market reaction is facing severe challenges,and how to enhance higher vocational students' professional action ability and further enhance the employment rate of them is the only way to deepen the reform of higher vocational colleges.The current employment situation of higher vocational students faces two major problems: one is the lack of development motivation after employment,without the direction of career development;the other is the high turnover rate after employment,which in turn becomes the bottleneck restricting the further development of higher vocational colleges.Based on the above problems,this research puts the cultivation of higher vocational students' professional action ability in the perspective of human's adaptability to change,that is,adaptive expertise,explores the cultivation of higher vocational students' professional action ability,and tries to integrate the sustainable development of human beings with the cultivation of higher vocational students' professional action ability,so that to clarify the endogenous logic of the relationship between the two,and fully grasp the focus of the cultivation of higher vocational students' professional action ability.The basic hypothesis of this study are:(1)The goals and strategies of cultivating professional action ability in higher vocational colleges have a positive effect on students' professional action ability;whether the curriculum system is reasonable or not plays a key role in the development of professional action ability of higher vocational students;the inadequate construction of teaching staff will lead to the weakening of the cultivation of professional action ability of students.(2)Giving full play to the public media publicity function can effectively improve the effectiveness of higher vocational students' professional action ability.(3)Enterprises cooperate with higher vocational colleges to set up off-campus training bases to fully participate in the cultivation of higher vocational students' professional action ability;higher vocational colleges establish student employment guidance mechanism,which can grasp the development direction of different higher vocational students' professional action ability.(4)Modern apprenticeship is an effective way to cultivate higher vocational students' professional action ability.(5)In addition,family education and edification can improve high vocational students' self-learning and self-management ability,and have a positive impact on students' professional action ability.According to the study hypothesis,this paper firstly uses the comparative research method to analyze the cultivation of professional action ability in foreign vocational education,and makes a comparison according to specific industries and fields;Secondly,the questionnaire survey method is used to investigate and analyze the current situation of higher vocational students' professional action ability;Thirdly,relying on the previous two studies,it also combs and analyzes the influencing factors of professional action ability development of higher vocational students;Finally,the principle of improving higher vocational students' professional action ability is refined to clarify the development path of higher vocational students from the perspective of adaptive expertise.The study found,(1)It is of positive significance to strengthen the cultivation of higher vocational students' professional action ability from the perspective of adaptive expertise.The main problems of higher vocational students' professional action ability are: the irrationality of self-professional action ability and employment demand recognition,the contradiction between employment expectation and employment practical ability,the lack of independent and sound employment psychological quality,and the ambiguous employment objectives,the lack of practicality in employment skills and so on.The crux of these problems lies in the lack of awareness and cultivation of the students' professional action ability for sustainable development.Therefore,it is necessary to return to the origin of people-oriented sustainable development.(2)There is still a lot of room for reform and improvement in the cultivation mode of students' professional action ability in higher vocational colleges.Due to the lack of sustainable development of people-oriented education concept,it leads to insufficient consideration of different levels in employment guidance,weakening of the content system era of professional action ability cultivation,neglecting the guidance of practical operation ability cultivation and socialization transition,the single lagging method of professional action ability cultivation,and the imperfection of career planning and basic services.(3)Five different aspects of government,school,society,family and individual will have different degrees of influence on the higher vocational student' professional action ability.First,the government lacks macro guidance for the sustainable development in the cultivation of higher vocational students' professional action ability,including the lack of environment construction,policy support,and system design.Secondly,there are lack of innovation,solidification of ideas,insufficient grasp of market trends,lagging behind in educational content and methods in the cultivation of higher vocational students' professional action ability,and lack of sound education operation guarantee.Thirdly,the educational resources of the society have not yet been integrated,the acceptance of the public opinion atmosphere for the vocational college students needs to be improved,the social responsibility and industry responsibility consciousness of enterprises in the cultivation of higher vocational students' professional action ability is not enough,and the overall strength has not been fully exerted.Fourth,the absence of family education,and the normal operation mode of professional action ability cultivation has not yet formed.Families lack guidance in cultivating higher vocational graduates' employment concept,career choice and career planning,for children's professional ethics education,pragmatic education quality education is not enough,and the influence of family style is weakened.Fifth,there are defects in the development of higher vocational students' professional action ability,insufficient of students' self-planning ability,limitation of thinking field,lack of pragmatic spirit.The study believes,(1)From the perspective of adaptive expertise,professional action ability of higher vocational students should follow the principles of people-oriented,step by step,seeking truth from facts and conforming to transcendence.(2)From the perspective of adaptive expertise,higher vocational students' professional action ability should take the government,school,society,family and self-education as the breakthrough point,comprehensively improve the comprehensive ability of multi-subject to cultivate vocational college students' professional action ability,in order to enhance the humanistic connotation of vocational college and enhance the professional action ability of higher vocational students,which requires the training of students in higher vocational colleges to be placed in a new strategic position.
