With the development of information technology and curriculum integration, in the faceof constant innovation, form teaching situation of increasingly complex and changeabletechnology and subject teaching, teachers need to have a ability to support teaching by usinginformation technology. Teachers in the process of information technology and curriculumintegration has always been at the core, as a result, this ability is the key to implementeffective integration of information technology and courses.Through theoretical analysis and investigation, the author from the adaptive expertise forteachers in the information required in the process of teaching core competence are discussedin this paper, defines the ability for teacher’s "integration" adaptive expertise, and from theview of value of virtual experiment class teaching resources on the development of teacher’s"integration" adaptive expertise were studied.This study reached the following conclusions:Teacher’s "integration" adaptive expertiseis the ability of using information technology or introducing new technology to solve theteaching problems. It mainly represents the tendency for adaptation and learning in the newsituation. The user experience is an important factor affecting the value of virtual experimentteaching resources.The value of virtual experimental teaching resources of to the developmentof teacher’s "integration" adaptive expertise has an important implications.
