The development of the society to speed up the process of the city, a large number of migrant workers to Shanghai employment, their children with their parents to come to Shanghai to study, there is a big gap in primary school teachers. The social focus on education has increased greatly, thus the quality of higher requirements for teachers. The implementation of teacher qualification system of teachers opened the diversified sources of the door, the non-normal students of new teachers in Shanghai, the proportion is rising year by year and exceeded the proportion of normal college students. A large number of new teachers need training, but the traditional training methods have limitations. In this social context, which regulate beginning teachers in primary and secondary schools in Shanghai training system. From pilot to full implementation, the training of primary and secondary school teachers’ standardized training is gradually mature. At present, there is not much literature about the training of primary school teachers in primary schools in China.This research is based on the H base school of the standardized training of the beginning teachers and the students of the base school to participate in the standardized training of the beginning teachers. Through participation in the observation method and interview method, on probation training group leader, teach the mentor and beginning teachers interview data, then the of combing and analysis, found that the beginning teachers standardization training process in the presence of and to solve these problems recommendations, hope can provide certain reference and reference for other base school administrators and instructors teaching, also hope to be able to provide a reference for further improvement of the beginning teachers standardization training system.First of all, this study describes the origin of the study, the significance of the study, the definition of core concepts and research design, literature review for the domestic and foreign research on the new teacher training are summarized and review. Then, the paper describes and explains the process of standardized training for primary school teachers. Then expounds the district teachers training college and H base school training and p ractices, to tease out the beginning teacher standardized training process. Finally in the training process of problems, and puts forward my suggestions: first, improve the training system, specific content; second, the integration of multiple resources, to promote cooperation and coordination; third, to suspend the work of a teacher in charge of a class, alleviate the pressure; the fourth, caring for trainee teachers, to cooperate fully with the training; fifth, share good case, improve the overall effectiveness; the sixth, increase interactive sessions to mobilize e nthusiasm; seventh, fine chemical science section, to improve the pertinence; the eighth, make full use of feedback information, and constantly improve the training.
