The beginning teachers' training is an important part of teacher education,and what kind of training content should be provided for beginning teachers? It needs to be considered.Through the literature review,it is found that there are many difficulties and problems in the content design and implementation of beginning teachers' training,especially the lack of attention to the experience of beginning teachers.By reviewing and summarizing the literatures of beginning teachers' training,with the combination of the new induction education system for primary and secondary teachers in Shanghai,an analytical framework has been constructed.The horizontal dimension includes the relevant existing experience to the training and the development demand in the training process.The longitudinal dimension includes four training contents: professional perception and moral cultivation,classroom experience and teaching practice,class work and moral education experience,teaching research and professional development.This research adopts qualitative research method,selects 4 policymakers and 20 beginning teachers,totally 24 teachers as the research object.By interviewing the teachers and analyzing the interview content,trainee manual content,combining with the literature research,the initial construction framework has been refined.The research found that the beginning teachers' experience is the unity of existing experience and development demand,namely the trainee teachers experience before the existing training experience is mainly in the student period's observation,knowledge base and the internship experience.Beginning teachers' development demand in the training process includes two aspects:professional demand and psychological demand.In addition,the experience of beginning teachers has not been fully reflected in the training content setting,which reflects this phenomenon in terms of the scope,arrangement,and individualized setting.Based on this research,there are some suggestions on how to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of beginning teachers' training content: diversify setting training contents of the beginning teachers;adjust the completion time of the training content;strengthen the resource construction and platform construction of the training content;establish a perfect mechanism for the training content of the beginning teachers;set up a dedicated psychological support team at the regional level.
