| Super referee professional and simple to say that even in the Super League of law enforcement has become a full-time staff, and its law enforcement is gradually standardized,institutionalized, standardized system process.Currently China super league matches referees team is relatively thin, high level referees fewer in number and age on the high side; uneven distribution of the referee, mainly distributed in Beijing and Shanghai; the referees structure to teachers and sports administrative personnel;there is no referees.With the deepening of the Chinese football market, the performance of the football game,the complex situation of the game, the referee on the field of control ability and other professional quality put forward higher requirements. The professionalization of judges is conducive to maintain venue "fair, just and open," the spirit of sports competition, is conducive to maintaining their professional image, and abide by professional ethics, is conducive to raising the referee’s law enforcement level, and to promote the football professionalization process. As a result of the reform of the Chinese football is up to the national strategy of today, as the highest level of Chinese Football League law enforcement- Super League referee professionalization is imperative.The football referees professional research mainly focus on the research and analysis of the problems of Chinese professional football development status, influencing factors, "black whistle" of "deceitful match of ball", the feasibility and necessity. It is not related to system,industry, market and legal system and status of the management of the system. In view of the professional development mode of referees, there is no literature report. Therefore, this paper uses the method of literature, expert interviews, comparative study of law, logic analysis method,Delphi method, etc. from the referees of necessity, feasibility and influence factors of in reference of foreign high level Football League organization and management mechanism,selection culture mechanism, supervision and evaluation mechanism, security mechanism based on, has conducted the system research to the Super League referee’s professionalization development model. The following conclusions are drawn:(1) Super referee professional is directed to engage in Super League law enforcement to become a full-time staff, and to promote the gradual standardization of the state of law enforcement, standardization and standardization of the system process.(2) In our country at present Super Football League referee mainly by university teachers,civil servants, soldiers, retired athletes such as amateur referees, reflecting the Chinese Super League football stadium mainly non professional judges.(3) The requirement of sustainable development of professional league, "black whistle" "fixing" and other social problems, intense and complicated high level league, the Chinese soccer "Football Association of independent, tube do separation reform, realized by 2050" world-class football powerhouse goals require a high level of referees, show that super referee’s professionalization is necessary.(4) Of industrialized development of professional football, football management system and mechanism reform, professional football theoretical results related to the accumulation and domestic and foreign referees experience for soccer referees professional to provide the possibility.(5) The main factors that influence the professionalization of Chinese Super referees are as follows: supervision mechanism, social security level, the development of the referee team,football professional level, the referee’s own quality, the law enforcement environment.(6) Japan’s event management mechanism; the training mode of Italy and complete football regulations; British referee supervision mechanism; Argentina selected mode for China’s Super League referees professional experience.(7) System, the structure of the Chinese Super League football referee’s professionalization by the selection, training, selecting and appointing, monitoring, evaluation system and guarantee system.(8) The construction of the super football referees professional development model can provide a certain theory and method support for the professional football referees. |
