Japan is one of the more developed countries in the education development level of the world today. In the development of modern education, Japan not only built the complete education system of culture course, but also formed a set of mature moral education system with Japanese characteristics. The rapid recovery and development of economy is inseparable with its attention to the development of education after the Second World War in Japan. As an important part of education,moral education is also playing an immeasurable role in Japan. Especially the moral education to the youth group, the Japanese government and education institutions give a special attention and support to develop a new generation of citizens, who can create the individuality of Japanese culture and improve the system of democratic society, and contribute to national development and international peace.This paper focuses on how the moral education of teenagers to do in Japan, and researches the main way of moral education, the purpose is to explore whether the development experience of Japanese youth moral education has reference value and significance for our country. This article consists of three parts: the first chapter, the author illuminates the relevant concepts about the juvenile moral education and its value. In the first chapter, from the connotation and value of morality and moral education, to the introduction of youth groups, we demonstrate the importance of the juvenile moral education. The first chapter research not only illuminated the basic conception of the juvenile moral education, but also established a theoretical foundation for the following research and narrative. The second chapter introduced the realization ways of Japanese teenagers’ moral education, the author researched the education content, education characteristic and function, and analyzed the Japanese trinity moral education pattern from society, schools and families, respectively. In the third chapter, the author illuminated and analyzed the advantages and existing problems of moral education, and the possibility and necessity of our country can refer. Finally, through the comparative analysis and explains how to use its experience and lessons for the innovation of moral education of our country.
