A Study On The Characteristics And Types Of Key Events In Kindergarten 's Professional Development

This study tries to through the key events in the kindergarten professional development, the analysis of key events in the principal professional development, characteristics and types of kindergarten education theory research field. It enrich the research content that the key events of the kindergarten in the professional development.This study based on random sample of 260 of kindergarten, through the self-made The characteristics and types of key events in the professional development of the kindergarten to investigation. Receive 249 questionnaires, 243 valid questionnaires and the effective rate was 95.18%. It is divided into four aspects, questionnaire structure including the optimization of the internal and external management, lead teachers development, director the work of conservation education and their own development and progress. Upon examination, the Alpha reliability is 0.899, and the split half reliability is 0.805. At the same time, randomly in the questionnaire research object primary kindergarten,secondary kindergarten,three kindergarten. A total of 12(3 * 2 * 2), that director conducted interviews. It has typical, characteristics, encouragement, core character and substantial.2.
