| The director of a kindergarten represents the image of the kindergarten,and the quality of the leadership style can improve the quality of the kindergarten.It can be seen that the leadership style of kindergarten director has its research necessity.Due to lack of scientific and effective leadership style questionnaire,the author makes up for the blank of research tools.Based on the questionnaire of domestic and foreign theories,the author establishes a theoretical model of the principal’s leadership style.In addition,the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were tested,and a scientific and effective questionnaire was used to investigate the leadership style of the kindergarten principals in anshan city.The specific results of this study are as follows:1.The author has compiled a questionnaire on the leadership style of kindergarten principals,which has a good test of reliability and validity.2.Through the questionnaire survey,the principal leadership style shown the following characteristics: the questionnaire measured the dimension of the principal leadership styles questionnaire scores from high to low in turn is: transformational leadership,transactional leadership style,laissez-faire leadership style.The sub-dimension scores were from high to low,which were in descending order: the norm>Exception Management>leader charm>Intellectual stimulation >Visioning and inspiring> Personalized care > after-effects reward > laissez-faire.There were significant differences in the population variables ofdifferent dimensions of the principal style of the principal,such as geography,kindergarten level,age,cultural level and marriage... |
