| Kindergarten leadership team is lack of kindergarten education in the process of teaching management,plays an important role in the daily management of the park,the teachers,guidance and training of kindergarten based teaching research organization,and the influence of the planning and development of the park to a certain extent.Under the background of the rapid development of preschool education in China,the number of'public parks in all provinces has been improved.The development of the number of public parks has greatly stimulated the needs of the kindergarten team.Therefore,how to build a good team of high quality and high level public park garden leader to adapt to the current needs has become a practical problem that researchers pay attention to.This study takes D district public park in Xiamen as an example.First,from the background of relevant policies,we analyze the development of the number of public parks and the number of kindergartens in the D district under the influence of the rapid development of preschool education.Secondly,by using literature,text analysis,questionnaire and interview methods,this paper studies the status quo of the team building of public kindergarten directors in D District,including qualification,entry,selection,appointment,training and performance evaluation.Then,the researchers found that the current situation of Public Kindergarten Based on team building area D,the problem still exists,the development in internal,there is not reasonable,the principal director of team work pressure,the principal office and frequent adjustment problems;in external support,there are garden lattice form and the principal chosuke certification training system is not perfect,the principal assessment of the lack of incentive problems.Finally,based on the existing problems and causes,the researchers put forward countermeasures and suggestions from the level of education authorities and the individual level of the directors. |
