With the advancement of education reform, especially the "discipline education, comprehensive development" concept deeply rooted, emotional education is concerned more and more, to improve students’ quality education, we need to improve students’ emotional quality. Shanghai "Life Science Curriculum Standards" proposed we should pay attention to affective factors in education,, give full play to the role of positive emotions to "excellent t eaching and promote learning", create a good atmosphere and emotional education environment, and promote the harmonious development of the students’ cognitive and emotional. New curriculum reform put forward the "people-oriented, moral education, the focus of life, discipline education",as a working life sciences teacher in the front line, we should play emotional education discipline advantage, concerns the quality of thinking, disciplinary literacy and improve teaching efficacy. Therefore, this study through high school life science di sciplines teaching emotional education, emotional education to explore strategies and methods of implementation, to improve middle school students emotional literacy plays an important role in the life of high school science teachers and effective implementation of quality education has a certain reference.In this paper, investigation, document analysis, etc., the use of life science education theory, combined with the characteristics of high school life science teaching, the study of emotional education in middle school life science teaching. Through the investigation and interview of the current situation of the emotion education in middle school life science subjects, the problems of emotion education in middle school life science teaching are analyzed. The results showed that: high school students life sciences emotional quality is not high; teacher emotional quality needs to be further improved; emotional education is not emphasized enough. Combined with the survey results,this paper gives an in-depth analysis on the feasibility of emotional education in teaching middle school students life science, further proposed seven implementation strategy of emotional teaching; A semester teaching experiment is conducted to test the effective of emotion education.The results show that the implementation of emotional education is conducive to the improvement of students’ emotional quality, is conducive to the good training of students’ positive emotion and sentiment, and significantly improve academic achievement of life science. Finally,by combining with the actual teaching cases,this paper further illustrate high school life science teaching emotional education in the implementation of the strategy.Therefore emotional education promotes and improves students’ cognitive level, encourage students to become all-round development of people.
