The trend of the development of economic globalization and cultural diversity, the rapid development of modern science and technology and information technology all provide a good condition for the exchange and cooperation among different nations and different cultures. They also provide a broad platform for general students to gain the information, open their horizon and train their skills. But the following negative factors, to a certain extent, have also affected young people's morality and behaviour. Hedonism, mammonism and the ultra-individualism have brought negative influence to the young people, causing some students' morality to blur with the moral autonomy ability drops. In addition, many factors that threaten young students' personal safety, like campus injuries, accidents and so on have also affected young people's physical and moral integrity to some extent. Therefore, training the young people to form a scientific life view is badly needed.The life science is a life education dominant discipline that introduces life knowledge and the explanation of life information. The strengthening of life education in life science teaching in junior middle schools can get twice the result with half the effort. The studies in this article are proposed precisely to the problems of fuzzy in current students' life knowledge, light in life consciousness and lack of health knowledge as well as some advantages like public opinion, young people's body and mind development and the concept of the second class change.In the research, two sets of "life education questionnaire (the pre-measurement and the post-measurement)" with equivalent themes and contents are established. The contents are divided into three main themes : "the cognition and attitude of life", "the health idea", and "the enthusiasm of classroom performance". The pre-measurement selected 345 junior two students from Yuannan middle school and East China Science and Technology University Attached middle school to analyze the problems in the life education of junior two students. On the basis of theoretical analysis and the pre-measurement, the content of strengthening life education in the classroom has been determined, that is studying life knowledge, experiencing the change of life, understanding the existence of life and thinking of the development of life.Four classes' 137students in junior two of Yuannan middle school are selected to implement the one-year experimental study of strengthening life education in the teaching of "Life science". The control class uses the conventional teaching method. The method which the experimental class uses is the teaching strategy of interaction between teachers and students in class. In the teaching process, there are four kinds of interaction: the knowledge interaction of life knowledge between teachers and students, students and students; the emotion interaction which establishes situation, builds atmosphere and experiences emotion; the thought interaction which sets student involvement, stimulates thinking by questions and trains thought; the evaluation interaction involving the evaluation among students, groups and teachers of the teaching results. All these above help to achieve the teaching goal of understanding life, comprehending life, respecting life and treasuring life.After analyzing and comparing the pre and post measurement questionnaire by the SPSS software, and consulting students' "Life education essay", the result shows that: Through one year's strengthening of life education in the teaching of life science 1. Student's cognition and attitude towards life enhances obviously. 2. Student's health idea establishes preliminarily. 3. Student's enthusiasm to participate in class teaching improves notably. 4. The content of life education must consider the gender.
