High schools history teaching model is colorful, teaching model become a prominent symbol of progress of history teaching. Patterned teaching has both advantages and disadvantages, when people make reasonable use of teaching mode, high school history teaching will become more efficient and orderly; However, when people abuse teaching mode and impractically implement it, it will inevitably lead high school history teaching to stiff and inflexible astray.By the way of combing information query, questionnaire, interview and other methods with internship experience, I found that the reasons of present high school history teaching pattern are mainly the conflict between quality-oriented education and exam-oriented education, fast-track utility psychology, conformity psychology, teachers’ job burnout of teachers, and excessive emphasis on the students ignore the teacher’s guidance. The phenomenon of the high school history modeled has both advantages and disadvantages, but overall, the benefits outweigh the disadvantages, this dilemma is worth our in-depth reflection. The teaching stereotype of high school history efficient classroom mainly reflects on three aspects include teaching target,teaching content, teaching methods. In order to alleviate the dilemma, countries, schools and education workers, students will take active measures to play the advantages of fossilization of teaching, overcome the disadvantages of fossilization of teaching.In the face of the advantages of high school history teaching in improving the teaching efficiency, facilitating the quantization of teaching effect and accelerating the adaptation of students, we should continue to maintain and carry forward. For the disadvantages, we should take positive measures to curb the hindering that is bad for the development of teachers and students. This article mainly from the following several aspects to discuss: countries should improve the high school history teaching idea according to the need of society, and to improve the teaching evaluation mechanism; Schools and education workers should base on the actual reference for history teaching mode to update historical concept and set up the new teaching concept, and e flexible use of history teaching mode according to their aptitude; Students should play its role to promote personality development, improve the ability of learning history, change learning method and learn to use all kinds of history resources. I hope these shallow suggestions will be useful to history education reform, and it can guide the high school history teaching practice.
