Based on the education concept of "people-oriented, all-round development", the "Problem Solving" teaching model is centering on issues and the teachers create problem situation to make students find matters by themselves and solve problems. Accordingly it can improve the students’ ability of comprehensive.The "Problem Solving" teaching model encourage the students to collect and get information by themselves and students could analyze problems and get information to construct their own knowledge system. At the same time,the model also pay attention to the guiding role of teachers in cooperation and communication activities, by taking a wide range of teaching strategies to promote the effective development of the teaching of history. Therefore, this article mainly is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction. This part describes the background of the "Problem Solving" teaching mode from some aspects like "the needs of times" and summarize the related research status about the topic. Then we study out the research ideas and the research methods.The second part is about the content and the principles of the "Problem Solving" teaching mode. In this part, it mainly introduces three teaching principles:the principle of teaching based on problem-centered; the principle of teaching based on open questions; the principle of teaching based on exploration.The third part is the implementation steps of the "Problem Solving" teaching mode in the high school classes. Detailed steps for establishment situation and ask questions; cooperation and communication and solve problems; feedback and evaluation; summary and reflection.The fourth part is the current situation and the suggestion of the "Problem Solving" teaching mode in high school classes. Through the questionnaire survey to analyze the situation of teachers in the implementation process and find the difficult and give some suggestion about the teaching mode, so we can offer some help for the teaching in real classes.The fifth part, we analysis with two knowledge points in the high school history book, then we talk about the operability of the "Problem Solving" teaching mode in the high school history classes.
