A Study On Teaching Supervision In Local Colleges And Universities

As an important part of the system of national higher education, local universities play a positive role in promoting the talents and the development local economy. Taking into account its own characteristics and needs of local universities,in order to realize their sustainable development, local universities must be combined with the actual situation and pay attention to the value of teaching supervision on the teaching quality management. The teaching supervision in universities is not long in our country, people are still in the stage of perceptual cognition, and fail to achieve its full function. Therefore, it is of great significance to strengthen the research of teaching supervision in local universities.The writing of this paper mainly uses the questionnaire method and the literature method. The main content is divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction part, the second part mainly makes description of the ideal state of teaching supervision in local universities from the essence, paths and the relationship should be grasped of teaching supervision,the third part is summarizing the investigation results and analyzing the existing problems of teaching supervision in local universities,the last part proposes countermeasures to solve the problems of teaching supervision in the local universities.
