Since 1995, the PE system of entrance examination to the high school was made and carried out by Ministry of Education, which plays an important role in the exam. Owing to the system, the teachers and the students will pay more attention to the courses and activities of PE, which promotes the development of students’ physical health. EDB in Xining(which is from Qinghai province) follows the arrangement from the Ministry of Education. The system covers all the junior school in the city and is had been adjusted to the situation, which makes the students exercise consciously to improve physical health. In order to fit the change of the physical health in the new situation, the system in Xining has been made a series of reform which makes great influence on the state of PE teaching, such as the concept of teaching, the way of teaching, the attitude of taking exercise from student and so on. Therefore, it is necessary to make an important issue about the influence of PE teaching from the system in Xining and to carry on searching and analyzing deeply, which thinks about the question for the development and reform of the district of Chengxi from Xining as theory reference.This article use the ways of literature data, field interviews, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and logical analysis to describe the specific detail of the PE system of Entrance Examination in Xining 2015. The important factors of PE teaching which conclude PE teacher, student, teaching content, environment, target, evaluation make discussion and analysis and draw conclusion:(1) Compared to the old one, the new criterions of full mark and evaluation decrease, which pays more attention to sport skill and power quality of student and cuts back the training of Aerobic endurance exercise.(2) With the reform in Xining, PE teachers are more responsible for the students and pay more passion in teaching, which enhances their status.(3) With the new reform system, the students increase the enthusiasm of taking exercise. However, the examination phenomenon appears in choosing sport event. The students take exercise less than 1 hour.(4) Since carrying out the new system, the teaching content of each school are the test sports event mainly. Most of the PE teachers think that the teaching target should be strengthening the student exercise.(5) Since the new reform system in Xining, compared to the old one, the selection of PE teaching is remarkably different, and the students pay less attention to the system which awfully affected the development of the evaluation of PE teaching.(6) Since the new system carried out, the government pays not enough funds for the school, still lacked of stadiums and equipments.(7) The main reasons in PE teaching lack after the PE system of entrance examination to high school in Xining 2015 are the single profession skill of PE teacher, high score increasingly difficult, cancel of test process which increases students pressure, inadequate propaganda of new PE entrance examination to high school, the existence of exam-oriented education and the PE equipment which was affected by environment and terrain.
