Since the reform of the college entrance examination system,the college entrance examination system has tended to be more flexible and more changeable,which has had a certain impact on the teaching of traditional subjects,especially the high school physics subject,which has a greater impact on physics teachers.In this context,if physics teachers cannot change and advance with the times,it will not only affect the professional development of physics teachers,but also affect the improvement of physics teaching quality and the quality of talent training and even the entrance rate of college entrance examination.Based on this,this article studies this issue.This article is mainly based on the theory of human capital,through the investigation of three middle schools,including the 31st Middle School in Urumqi,Xinjiang,and analyzes the impact of the new college entrance examination system on physics teaching and then on physics teachers from the survey results,and puts forward the points of influence Countermeasures and suggestions for the development of physics teachers.This article consists of six parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly explains the research background of this topic and the current status of domestic and foreign related research,and briefly introduces the research ideas,use methods and innovations of this article.The second part is the theoretical basis of the subject,which mainly explains the related concepts involved in the subject research,and describes in detail the basic scientific theories such as the human resource theory and the constructivist education theory that the research depends on;The third part mainly investigates the impact of the new college entrance examination system on physics teaching in Xinjiang high schools.First,it explains the changes in the new college entrance examination system.Secondly,the results are obtained after questionnaire surveys and interviews.Analyze the survey results from two aspects of "teaching";The main content of the fourth part is the analysis of the impact of the new college entrance examination system on physics teachers in Xinjiang high schools.Based on the results of the survey,we analyze the problems that may arise after the implementation of the new college entrance examination system for high school physics teachers,and summarize the educational concepts and teaching methods.And three aspects of teaching content;The main content of the fifth part is the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of physics teachers in Xinjiang high schools under the new college entrance examnation system.Aiming at the problems that physics teachers may appear after the implementation of the new college entrance examination system,we focus on five aspects:teaching methods,teaching concepts,teaching content,teacher quality and teaching organization.Suggestions on the development direction of physics teachers in Xinjiang senior high schools under the new college entrance examination system in various aspects.The sixth part is the conclusion and prospect of the thesis.In the face of the reform of the college entrance examination system,we have put forward 7 conclusions for the future development of Xinjiang physics teachers.We hope that after the implementation of the college entrance examination system in the later period,we can prove the thesis through time argument.
