Through interviews,questionnaires,field research,and other research methods,this paper,from the perspective of the policy changes of art college entrance examination,based on the current situation of music art college entrance examination training,finds out the problems existing in the high school music art college entrance examination training and put forward several solutions.The article can be divided into four parts:the first part traces the history of the Hunan art college entrance examination through three stages.The first stage is the rise and early development of Hunan music and art college entrance examination(By using the founding of the people's Republic of China in 1949 as the dividing point,which can be divided into the embryonic stage of development and the gradual stage of the system),The second stage is the stagnation and groping stage of Hunan music and art college entrance examination(Taking the“ten-year Cultural Revolution” as the dividing point,we can divide the stagnation stage and the groping stage).The third stage is the reform and development stage of Hunan music and art college entrance examination(Taking the frequent reform of college entrance examination as the dividing point,it divides the rapid development stage and the stable forward stage).In the second part,the author combines the historical changes and interprets the current system of art college entrance examination in Hunan Province from three aspects:examination content,enrollment system,and admission system.As well as the setting of subjects and scores,during the aspect of examination content,it points out the historical change from simplicity to diversification and complexity,the requirements of examination content,and the scoring standards in the current system.At the level of recruitment system,it points out the historical evolution of the transition from decentralization to unity and the importance of the provincial unified examination in the current recruitment system,at the level of admission system,points out the historical evolution from singleness to democracy and flexibility,and the current admission system with enhanced pertinence and rationality.The third part is the investigation and analysis of the present training situation of music art candidates in Hunan Province.Starting from four aspects: manager level,teachers' situation,students' situation and curriculum setting,it points out the problems in the investigation results,such as the utilitarianism and benefit of manager level,the lack of teachers' stability and professionalism,the blindness of students' application,and the randomness and quickness of curriculum setting.Based on this investigation,it reflects the problems existing in the whole art test training market,such as the violation of music education function,the vacancy of legal system,the disconnection from basic art education,and the superficial and one-sided understanding of the reform of art test system.The fourth part is guided by Hunan art examination policy,based on the results of field investigation,aiming at the government policy level,it puts forward the integration force and strengthens the joint power of music education;standardize the market and improve the legalization of art training industry;minimize the difference and promote the maximization of educational equity.Through the above three strategies,we can give full play to the characteristics of the government's macro-control policy of art examination.Aiming at the level of art test training school,this paper puts forward the strategy of “promoting reform with reform”;Adopt the system of “mutual training between schools”;Attach importance to “spiritual value” and lead three strategies to fulfill its function of conveying artistic talents.According to the teaching level of teachers,it is proposed to build brand quality courses;unique and targeted teaching;optimization of teachers' professional quality to consolidate the core foundation of art test teaching.The art college entrance examination undertakes the important task,which needs to train and transport art talents for society,and the art college entrance examination system constructs the examination system for students,who wonder to major in art in Colleges and Universities.Becoming the guidance of art college entrance examination policy,as the training center for most high school art candidates,art examination training schools should adopt an education training mode,which is an appropriate and effective way,to promote the scientific and healthy development of art education.
