Key competency is a hot topic at home and abroad in recent years,it is also an important focus for various regions to cultivate talents who can adapt to the changing times in the future.The promulgation of relevant policies by government departments also reflects the importance of key competency in training of talents and the embodiment of the country's ability to keep pace with the times.The cultivation of talent is inseparable from education,and the training of new generations of talents must be carried out from a young age.The concept of “ key competency” also points out new educational goals.Curriculum reforms are also carried out with changes in the goals of education.According to the main contents of the revision of the 2017 new curriculum standards,the paper is designed to carry out instructional design based on the key competency of information technology subjects in high school.The purpose is to be able to select the content that meets the students' characteristics and closely follows the reality of life and conducts instructional design.In all aspects of instructional design,from the selection of teaching content to the formulation of teaching objectives,it highlights the key competency of information technology subjects,and applies instructional design to teaching practice,by taking the”level division and description” of the key competency of information technology subjects on the evaluation basis,we found that there are deficiencies in the classroom and put forward some suggestions on the design of high school information technology key competency education.In the research process,the literature research method was used to study a large number of related contents,from the definition of key competency abroad,the construction of related models,and how key competency is reflected in the curriculum to the domestic related policies and research results in recent years.We also read a large number of related books on instructional design to understand the development of instructional design and the latest related research,and to extract the essence from them,find out the design concepts and methods that can integrate key competency into the curriculum,and to guide the conduct of their own articles.Studying the basic theory of learning and teaching,finding the theoretical basis that can meet the current education philosophy and model,and supporting the entire article.In the course of practice,interviews were used to understand the views of front-line teachers on this study,listen to suggestions,and absorb experience.The classroom observation method is used in the classroom to observe the implementation effect of the instructional design.According to this study,information technology courses need to be paid more attention,teaching design can not be discussed on paper,instead,it must be designed based on the regional,economic and other factors of the study area,combining the characteristics of students to select content,so as to carry out teaching design.Integrating key competency into instructional design is a necessary process for curriculum reformation.When setting teaching goals,it is necessary to clearly reflect what kind of teaching activities reflect the key competency.The most important features of instructional design based on key competency is that the selection of content is no longer limited to pure knowledge,but comes from life,and students can also feed back into life after learning.According to the specific level of key competency mentioned in the new curriculum standards,it provides a very specific basis for teaching evaluation.This study is also for the implementation of the new curriculum in the future and provides some teachers with a reference or reference.
