The moral lesson in junior middle school is an ideological, cultural, practical and comprehensive curriculum. However, today moral lesson textbook is the main way that students are exposed to this course in everyday teaching. The situation is very boring, the teachers only teach textbook, the students learn knowledge from the textbook. It can not stimulate students’ interest to study and get desirable teaching effect.With the advance of new curriculum reform, there are widespread concerns in the education sector for the development and utilization on social resources. Rational development and effective utilization of social resources can help to improve moral lesson teaching level in junior middle school, promote the overall development of students and achieve the goal of basic education curriculum reform.In this context, there are some dominant issue on development and utilization of social resources for moral lesson in junior middle school. Firstly there is no clear concept on how to develop and utilize the social resources. Secondly, there is often a lack of awareness of the social resources. Thirdly, there is lack of confidence and motivation and lack of systematic planning and general concept of sustainable development for school or teachers. These will weaken the development and utilization of social resources on a large extent.Focused on the moral lesson reality and based on the "core values of accomplishment", Discussion on the connotation of junior ideological and moral lessons of social resources, social resources proposed moral lesson diversity potential, bearing resistance, and the whole sequence of the characteristics and practical, and is classified as the main geographical and cultural resources, family resources, the type of community resources and modern media resources; document research and questionnaire method, starting from the present situation development and utilization of junior ideological and moral lesson of social resources, analyzes the problems and causes junior Crispin Course Social resource development and utilization in and based on this proposed development and optimization of the use of moral course of social resources. Optimization of moral curriculum resources development and utilization of social help to improve the effectiveness of curriculum implementation, help to stimulate student learning initiative, help improve students’ core quality. Optimized moral curriculum development and use of social resources should follow the teacher-centered and student body of principles, principles and the need to adhere to the principles of sustainable development to improve the core literacy competency, adhere to local conditions, openness, diversity and situational of the principle of co-ordination to configure different types of social resources to adapt to the conversion of the times, establish a social resource sharing system, the conversion of social resources for education resource advantages.At present, should establish a new concept of curriculum resources, establish and improve social operating mechanisms of curriculum development and utilization of resources to play a role in the course of social resources, curriculum resources make various types of social integration and junior high moral character, to fully tap the various types deep values of social resources, improve utilization, and junior high school moral education in particular moral curriculum and students an opportunity to learn together, to achieve its greater functionality and value.
