Curriculum development and utilization of resources is an important issue raised by a new round of the national basic education curriculum reform. The particular characteristics and essence of Activity Resources for Ideological and Moral Lesson in Junior High School has make an great important role both with the teachers and students.With the research of the activity resources both in china and abroad, This paper has the questionnaire survey related to students' participation and teacher'.s progress, problems be confronted and what the reasons lie in. Then we find The strategy of activity resources for Ideological and Moral Lesson in Junior High School, such as changing the viewpoints of activity resources; keeping in deep touch with student's life and update the timeliness; cooperating and develop the activity resources; study on evaluation in activity effects. Introduces three types of particular activity resources according to the practical research, such as roll play, debate and game.In all, we should strengthen the importance in development and utilization of the different kinds of activity resources for Ideological and Moral Lesson in Junior High School.
