At present, the educational resource sharing is mainly based on webpage and database.Many problems exist in resource sharing, including resource replication, poor relevance,and lackof code criteria of terms, etc. The major course is that the educational resource sharing is lack ofcentralized method of knowledge representation. Moreover, the modeling of knowledge baserarely considers the internal reaction of knowledges.The concept of ontology, as a domain specific explain, can express clearly the minds of theexperts or smart program. Ontology can denote the knowledge in related scopes and give a cleardefinition with the interrelation among knowledges. Through the definition of concept andrelation among concepts, the precise definition of the concept is determined, so that the accurateand sharable knowledge is conveyed. Utilizing the Ontology to represent knowledge ineducational field will settle the problems basically, including the sharing, reusing, andpersonalized requirement of educational resource.This thesis mainly discusses about the problems of two terms. One is the research on theconstructive method of educational technology knowledge base based on ontology; the other isthe research about the relevant application of knowledge base based on Ontology. The details arelisted as follows:In Chapter one, by querying the literature and the use of knowledge retrieval tool to graspthe current situation of Ontology in the profession. we present the importance of thedevelopment of ontology technology in view of the shortcomings such as single technicalcurriculum structure, content and mentality stereotype of traditional professional technology. Wealso point out the possibility and necessity of constructing educational technology curriculum inthe field of knowledge base.In Chapter two, we introduce the theory and technology of ontology,such as,knowledgebase, semantic.In Chapter three, we analyze the construction procedures of professional domain ontologywith the introduction of related basic theories and techniques of ontology, and summarize up thecyclic synthesis method of knowledge base ontology appropriate for educational technologymajor. The method satisfies the conditions of curriculum ontology by living up to the processthat the development and improvement is again and again.Therefor it can refine the knowledgebase of educational technology.In Chapter four, we construct professional basic curriculum, professional core curriculumand professional ontology by using ontology construction tool Protégé from the perspective ofcurriculum core attribute. Besides, in order to share the ontology resources, this thesis stores ontology in relation database by using JDBC,Navicat8techniques.In Chapter five, to check the feasibility of knowledge base ontology, the thesis devises andachieves ontology inference based on non-monotonic rules, and then gives semantic reasoningfor the following expansion of curriculum, while introducing the relevant principle of semanticreasoning rules.Finally, we summarize both the conclusion and weak points of this study and point out thedirection for the future studies in the last chapter.
