Along with our country social economy has entered a transition period, the outbreak of social conflicts are concentrated, the silence of the campus will inevitably encounter many problems and contradictions. The accumulation of contradictions and crises will evolve into the campus crisis, bring adverse effect to the teachers and students, or even a threat to the survival and development of schools.The principal,as a headmaster of the school, grasp the developing direction of the school, directly affects the school’s success. In the current social background, the headmaster must pay attention to how to effectively face the crisis and the construction of emergency mechanism and the establishment of crisis prevention measures. This paper adopts the qualitative research method: according to Robert Heath’s 4R theory of crisis management, the successful case for "H" principal to solve the "Z" middle school’s campus crisis were analyzed, the individual factors of the principal reflected from the case of are also analyzed. We hope to provide experience for the school to face the campus crisis, as the principal to provide certain reference and guidance to the decision-making and management of campus crisis.Similar to most other research results, this study shows that: the school as a social field, inevitably have to face all kinds of problems and crises; Principals must have a sense of crisis, and combine the theory and practice to form their own unique crisis management mode and method. In the process of crisis management, the personal factors of principals plays an irreplaceable role.
