With the increasing pressure of the senior three students,the psychological problems of these students with learning difficulties is becoming ware and more frequent and severe.As is known to us all,the significance of this phase to the students not only lies in their study,but also in the attitude towards serious decisions they will take in their future life.Thus, it is more than necessary to do a good job in psychological dredging of these students for teaching purpose and educating as well.The study of the psychological dredging of these senior three students is not just a theoretical issue but also a practical project,which requires ware attention and care from the teacher to the students.It also demands active and creative thinking and participation to help these students in trouble to remove psychological barriers,to live and learn in a more scientific and active way.There are six parts in the research.The first part is the preface which introduces the background purpose significance main idea,study situation and research methods.The second part is the summary part for theory of psychological nursing for senior students in middle school,which include the definition psychological barriers.counseling methods and several modem teaching methods for underachieving students.The third part is the investigation and analysis section,in which for kinds of questionnaire were designed-make a survey for four aspects:students background,the students themselves,teaching methods,and learning psychology.This portion also sun up different students mental performance and make analysis through communicating with the students parents,and the teachers form many aspects.The four part is the way to ease the psychological barrier.mainly put forward in-depth understanding of students,grasp the real situation;respect and care for students to help to form the right personality;guide the underachieving students to the make self-reflection on the education.Improve the skill to communicate moderately;enhance by using the words to praise and encourage;strengthen support to ease psychological barrier.the fifth part is the case about improve the underachieving students.As a teacher and a classroom teacher,to practice the research results of this paper and make evaluation and reflection of research.The sixth part is the summary of this paper,which conclude the research results,experience,problems in the research of the statement,as well as the next step in practice.
