All the time since, teaching and researching activities are considered to be the effective way of promoting professional development of teachers and improving the quality of teaching. In the digital age, the progress of science and technology promote the global scope of mobile communications and computing technology rapidly development. People’s way of life and study is having the earth shaking change, people gradually demands to learn at anytime and anywhere. Teaching and researching should also adapt to the development of technology, the exploration of micro-mobile teaching and researching can provide teachers with researching experience anytime and anywhere, meet the growing demand for learning needs and professional development of teachers.Analysis the research achievement of "WeChat" education application, we found it’s communication function, social function and platform function as a suitable learning support platform, then we select "WeChat" as the supporting platform of micro-mobile teaching and researching activities. The author gains inspiration from the summarization of Mobile Learning Theory, Cognitive Load Theory, Connectivism Theory, Activity Theory and Group Dynamics Theory as the theoretical foundation for this thesis. Analysis the hardware environment, teaching and researching characteristics and design principle of the micro-mobile teaching and researching based on WeChat, the rudiment of the model of micro-mobile teaching and researching based on WeChat is created. The author caught out teaching and researching activities of practice research of this kind of mode in the national 2014 "national training plan" of elementary school science teachers, which undertook by the author’s school, used a variety of research methods to verify the effectiveness of this mode, proposed the solution idea to solve the problems for the process of teaching and researching activities, provided the reference for the related research in the future. In the end of the study, the author summarized and the prospect the direction of further study of this kind of teaching mode in the depth study on completeness, validity and scientific, improving the management incentive mechanism.To explore the experience and the rules of the micro-mobile teaching and researching activities based on WeChat is to meet the teachers’ learning needs under the new situation, and is a beneficial attempt to enhance teachers’ professional level, which not only can promote the teachers’ specialization and integration process, but also has an important significance for the realization of social philosophy of lifelong learning.
