With the rapidly development of network information technology and mobile internet technology,face to the Open Education,the mobile Internet Ongoing developed,and Mobile Learning emerge as the times require,then the fragmentation application change new.With the help of the Wechat perfect self functional basis and user familiarity,it can provide a powerful platform for mobile learning,and to provide a more convenient way for open learners,it also provides a better carrier for the development of learning resources.Therefore,the concept of lifelong learning can be popularized in the modern information society,and become a new hotspot in the field of educational technology.This study analyzes the experts and scholars on the WeChat public platform,mobile learning and learning activities,as well as domestic and foreign research on the application of WeChat platform in open education.This paper is based on the theory of constructivism,the theory of activity,the teaching process of postmodernism,the theory of informal learning and the theory of vein learning,cognitive learning psychology for open learners,utilize WeChat public platform and enterprise account convenient sex diversification management,constructed the micro mobile learning activities based on the WeChat public platform and micro mobile learning activities supported by the platform.According to the theory and process of learning activities,micro mobile learning activity model will be divided into two parts: the open learning process of the WeChat public platform and the mobile learning activities based on the platform,the design is divided into public platform based on WeChat micro mobile learning system,micro mobile learning content learning activities design and construction,based on the WeChat public platform learning activities design principles and design principles of four parts.This model is applied to the teaching of the course of "urban management" in the 2015 class of Dalian Radio & TV University,based on the research path,this paper makes an empirical study on the effectiveness of the design of mobile micro learning activity model based on the WeChat public platform.Through the collection and analysis of the questionnaire data,sum up experience,optimize the practice teaching plan.To realize the organic combination of learning activities and communication platform,the diversification of learning resources and the innovative development of learning activity platform,increase learners' interactive learning experience.This study improves the learning styles of open learners,to achieve the digital means;to enhance the professional quality of open learners;use of the information technology to enhance the learning effect of open learners;supplemented by mobile micro learning activities related to the study of decision making,At the same time,it also brings a better learning experience and communication means for open education.
