Design And Development Of Mobile Micro - Learning Resources Based On Micro - Letter

C hina’s mobile Internet has entered the era of 4G network, smart phones become the standard configuration of people’s daily lives. The development of mobile Internet and micro-blog, WeC hat widely used marks the arrival of the micro era, at the same time, also produced a new way of learning,the mobile micro learning.WeChat installed on mobile devices,because of its own characteristics and functions gradually to be improved, with a wide range of user groups, is the main tool for people to get information and communicate with others in their daily life, WeChat has became the important entry access for people to link mobile networks. Wechat platform is a dynamic development, and the Platform function constantly improve, nowadays learners obtain learning resources by focusing on learning Wechat public number and use their spare time to learn micro learning content.This paper discussed the concept of mobile learning, micro learning and mobile micro learning, and defined the relationship between them. Through reading a lot of literature, this paper analyzes the relevant theories to support this study, and three existing related teaching models, summarizes the design objectives and principles of the mobile micro learning resources based on WeChat. Based on the above research, the design and development model of the mobile micro learning resources supported by WeChat was built, And based on the established model, we design and development the micro learning resources of the C hapter of moral education,which is the part of the "education" course, which is one of the examination subjects for the middle school teacher qualification examination, and we carried out the formation and summary evaluation for the design and development of micro learning resources.This study considers the characteristics of WeC hat public platform and mobile micro learning to design and develop a micro learning resources system based on WeChat platform. The purpose of this paper is design and development of more suitable learning resources for mobile micro learning, by the means of resource coconstruction to rich learning resources system, to expand the application of learning resources, meet learners demand for micro learning resources in informal learning.
