With the advent of Internet, Micro-lecture emerges in educational field with short and pithy characteristics. However, Micro-lecture is weak in application of middle and primary school, the lower quality of not a few Micro-lecture videos, lacks in attraction, affect the application effect of Micro-lecture.To value up the application of Micro-lecture videos, this research, investigates and analysises the situation of middle and primary school Micro-lecture building. Analysised and compared the representative Micro-lecture videos between the home and abroad, it summarizes the Commonness and characteristics of present Micro-lecture videos. This paper based the example of the scholars’ existing practice research, and under the guidance of correlation theory, to analysis the elements on the basis of the Shannon Weaver communication model and teaching elements which effect the Micro-lecture. Under the guidance of Nine Instructional Event, ARCS motivation target is focused, and it tries to put forward the concept model of designing Micro-lecture to promote the learners to learn effectively. According to the suggested concept model, it discusses the design strategy to promote the motivation of learners and the ordinary design process from knowledge content organization and video representation. And then according to the design model and design strategy of Micro-lecture, it elaborates the design process of Micro-lecture videos in practice course, reflects and summarizes the application effect after putting the courses into use, then designs and develops for twice to correct and perfect the practical case.Through this paper practice case studies have shown that, to some extent, verify the availability and operability of micro-video design concept model. Micro-lecture video design and in-depth demand analysis of learners, what is the premise of effective design of Micro-video, and the effective design of the knowledge content and video representation is the key element to express exactly the abstract connotation of teaching.
