| Teacher professional development is an important issue in today’s educational reform and the majority of educators are concerning about it. At the age of Internet, especially the age of Mobile Internet, teachers can learn and communicate anytime and anywhere through the network, which provides sufficient space and the environment. Using Information Technology in Elementary Education has become a common phenomenon. However, the skills of Information Technology of teachers are at different levels. Communicate and share knowledge among teachers by using the Internet can effectively improve the teachers’ information technology.This research is base on two Platforms: Tencent QQ and Baidu Cloud. Through literature review of Virtual-Community, its research status domestic and abroad is summarized. Based on the research of teacher training with Tencent QQ and Baidu Cloud, we construct online teacher learning community. Tencent QQ is used humancomputer interaction interface. Baidu Cloud storage is used memory area of learning resources. QZone is used store the learning resources which are chosen according to usage rate. Tencent’s classroom is used online training. Cool Q is used construct the Intelligent Question Answering System and the Robot for community management. According to requirements of the teacher, the courses about Micro-Lecture and discussions through internet are builded for teachers. At the same time, its effectiveness has discussed through interviews and questionnaires to teachers in the aspects of content, hot topics, resources construction and so on.The innovation of the research is to build the virtual learning community for teachers by social software and platforms and to explore an opening study community mode based on the theory of Practice-Problem-Self-study. The virtual learning community could expand the learning space for teachers. The teachers could learn anywhere and anytime. It is the important for the lifelong learning to teacher. |
