This study is based on the "oral report" and analyzes physical learning barriers among secondary school students. Then it puts forward and practices the related teaching strategies.The main research work is as follows:Firstly, we can find out the reasons of physics learning disabilities by making some questionnaires, interviews and observations among some students. Since the causes of learning disabilities are complex and diverse, the questionnaire can be designed from eight aspects. At the same time, we can observe students’ attitude in class and do some interviews to understand the causes of learning disabilities.Secondly, based on the questionnaires, interviews, observations, we can use oral reporting methods to detect their thinking activities and processes of psychological operations of learning disabilities students, capture their psychological trajectory and probe the cause of disabilities.Thirdly, as for the causes of physical learning barriers, the paper gives some teaching strategies to correct and change these learning disabilities students.Finally, under the learning of some theories and teaching practice, the paper gives out some teaching strategies which provide some theories for improving physics teaching reform in Honghe prefecture in practice.The research shows that as long as the reasons of physical learning disabilities are found out, with modern teaching methods and techniques, it can be eliminated or transformed. At the beginning, the reasons of learning disabilities may be single or multiple, but the underlying cause of learning disabilities must be multifaceted. Each learning disability can not exist independently. They are interrelated and influence each other. It is impossible to use only one teaching method to eliminate obstacles. It often requires a variety of methods, tools and technologies available to eliminate obstacles. Each student’s learning disabilities performance is very different. The elimination can not be achieved in a short time, it is a long-term system.
