In today’s modernization, the development of information technology deeply affects our work, study and life, no matter when and where, it is closely related to us.With the rapid development of material economy in our country, the survival and development of the vulnerable groups of society are closely watched by the state and the public. The hearing impaired have received normal education opportunities and rights. In the special education, especially of the hearing-impaired students of English education is very important, they and the ordinary students, should grasp the subject of English knowledge. But in the deaf students in English classroom teaching, still have many teachers also use the traditional teaching ideas and teaching methods,compared with general modern advanced information technology applied to classroom teaching. So in English classroom teaching of deaf students interest in learning is not high, students’ learning efficiency is low, the teaching effect is not good, most of the deaf students think English course of study harder than other large course.The research of this paper is mainly carried out from the following six parts:In the first part, the first part of this paper mainly puts forward the current situation of special education in our country and the development trend of special education, followed by a review of the research literature at home and abroad;In the second part, on the basis of constructivism, situated cognition, teaching interaction and multiple intelligence theory based on hearing impaired students’ English teaching enlightenment;In the third part, using the method of questionnaire investigation, careful observation and to explore the physiological characteristics of deaf students,psychological characteristics and learning characteristics, combined with hearing-impaired students cognitive characteristics of the teaching strategies and teaching methods, a comprehensive grasp of the Yunnan Province China secondary hearing-impaired students current situation of English teaching, summed up theexisting problems, discuss in deaf students’ English classroom work in how to effectively use sign language animation, improve the quality of English classroom teaching;The fourth part, from learning objects, learning goal, teaching environment,teaching content, teaching strategies, teaching evaluation seven aspects of sign language animation in the deaf students’ English reading and writing ability of teaching design.In the fifth part, the sign language animation is applied to the practice teaching activities, and the use of teaching data to verify the design of the English classroom teaching and the use of sign language animation can receive the effect. In the English teaching practice of sign language animation, sought to identify the sign language animation in the deaf students in English classroom teaching design, with three teaching cases proved the rationality and validity of the teaching design, through the teaching practice. Finally, it is concluded that hearing-impaired students’ English learning enthusiasm and initiative are improved, hearing-impaired students of English practical application ability has been further strengthened;The sixth part, the conclusion part. To reflect and summarize the research of this paper, find the lack of teaching design and practice, clear the future development of ideas and direction.The main ideas of this paper are: first, based on the literature as a tool, through a variety of ways, including books, magazines and network, collecting and collating relevant papers in recent years, industry experts and scholars to write or monographs, in-depth study of constructivism theory and multiple intelligences theory, the cognitive theory of the situation and the interactive teaching theory of serious study, study and summarize the related theories of sign language animation in English Teaching of deaf students in application and achievements; second, careful observation and inquiry of deaf students physiological characteristics, cognitive characteristics and learning characteristics, teaching strategies and teaching methods and the analysis of the characteristics of deaf students should be adopted; third. Using the method of questionnaire survey, a comprehensive grasp of the current situation of the development of English Teaching in Yunnan Province China secondary deaf students, to Nano the existing problems to discuss in deaf students’ English classroomwork in how to effectively use sign language animation, improve the quality of classroom English teaching; fourth, will sign language animation applied to the practice of teaching activities to, is tested with the data of teaching in English classroom teaching design introduction and shipped with sign language animation can receive the desired effect.
