The Image Of The Urban Environment Planning, Preliminary Study

Though the image planning of city environment falls into the city planning categoty, the different kinds of connection between the social science and the natural science have already developed into various kinds of borderlines or the field of intersecting subject by the information and technology. The city environment problem is the important part of the environmental strategy in our country .This article shows the image landscape analysis through the association of consti--tution elements of the city environmental image. It has analysed the requirement of visual threshold of the space frame of the city landscape image through the relationship between mankind and environment. It has also set forth inquiringly from static description dynamic form to the principles, the scope, the content, the methods and the steps of the image planning of city environment. It mentions that the core of the image planning of city environment is the ecological effect of city. The main relation exists between the man-made environmental image and the natural environmental image. The entirety of the city environmental image should consider people's psychological reqirement as the basic starting-point, pursue the city's unique image characteristics on the foundation of the region's cultural intension. This article has already set Huangshi City as a good example and inquired the ways to deal with the situation to improve the city environmental image.
